Invite family and friends over for an educational food experience!
Home classes are an informal way to introduce raw food to family and friends, and a great way to learn how to start making delicious nutrient dense food.
I provide: All the food and equipment, everything that is needed for the class except the kitchen sink!
Recipes and instruction booklet.
You provide: The kitchen sink
Class Size: Minimum of 5 people in attendance (the hostess and at least 4 other people).
Maximum 10 people.
Investment: Each participant is $50.
Hostess is $35.00
Discounts may be given for spouses.
Raw Basics is a great beginner's class. We make green smoothies, soup, crackers or bread, main entrée (usually zucchetti and marinara sauce), followed by a dessert such as brownies or apple pie.
Other classes available are: Dehydrating Basics, Non-Dairy Delights, For the Kids, Wild Edibles and the Picnic Basket, International Flavours, Just Desserts, Pizza Party!

Valley Permaculture Guild Raw Food Workshop
Join Juana from Baba's Raw Kitchen for her two hour raw food workshop on April 9th in Abbotsford.
Learn about the benefits of raw food and how to make a delicious raw, vegan meal. The workshop includes all the food to make a three course meal including a smoothie.
